Let’s focus on teachers this week! They’re having a fucking rough time!

  1. Keep some fun snacks or toys in your desk or at your workspace. This is great for a little pick me up in the middle of the day! Something like tea, healthy snacks, or silly putty!
  2. Keep track of the positive. Hold onto positive notes and feedback from students and families, and consider keeping a journal to remember favorite stories. 
  3. Unwind at the end of the day by taking part in a favorite activity. Anything from watching a favorite show to going for a jog can help you let go of the day and release stress.
